Frequently asked questions
Common questions about NDIS support coordination in Perth and across Australia.
What is NDIS support coordination?
NDIS support coordination helps participants understand and use their NDIS plan. A support coordinator connects you with providers, builds your support team, and helps you work toward your goals. It is funded through Capacity Building in your NDIS plan.
What is the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 NDIS support coordination?
Level 2 Support Coordination helps participants implement their plan, resolve barriers, and connect with providers. Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination is for participants with complex needs who require higher-level expertise to manage challenges, coordinate multiple services, and navigate crisis situations.
Do you provide NDIS support coordination in Perth?
Yes. Felix Group provides NDIS support coordination across Perth and the wider Perth metropolitan area, including northern, southern, and eastern suburbs, Fremantle, Joondalup, and the Peel region. Contact us to confirm we can support your location.
Do you support participants outside Perth?
Yes. While our primary base is Perth, Western Australia, we support NDIS participants across Australia through remote coordination, phone, email, and video meetings where appropriate.
How do I know if I have funding for NDIS support coordination in my NDIS plan?
NDIS support coordination appears under Capacity Building — Support Coordination in your NDIS plan. If you are unsure, we can help you review your plan and explain what funding is available and how it can be used.
How do I get started with Felix Group?
Contact us via our contact page or email contact@thefelix.group. We will discuss your goals, review your plan, and explain how our coordinators can support your NDIS journey.
What happens at my first meeting with a support coordinator?
Your coordinator will learn about your goals, current supports, and any challenges you face. Together you will identify priorities, discuss provider options, and create a plan for implementing and reviewing your NDIS supports.
Can you help me find NDIS providers in Perth?
Yes. We help participants connect with trusted NDIS providers across Perth and Western Australia — including allied health, community access, daily living supports, and specialist services matched to your goals.
Can you help before or during an NDIS plan review?
Yes. We support participants through plan reviews by helping you document outcomes, identify gaps in support, prepare evidence of need, and advocate for appropriate funding in your next plan.
Is Felix Group a registered NDIS provider?
Felix Group is an NDIS Registered Provider (pending). We are committed to participant outcomes, compliance, and genuine advocacy, and deliver NDIS support coordination in line with NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
How is NDIS support coordination funded — do I pay out of pocket?
NDIS support coordination is funded through your NDIS plan under Capacity Building. If you have this funding, there is no out-of-pocket cost for coordination services within your approved budget.
What makes Felix Group different from other support coordinators in Perth?
We combine compassionate, participant-centred coordination with proprietary technology that provides transparency, real-time updates, and seamless communication. Our team advocates for your independence — not just plan compliance.
Can family members or carers be involved in coordination meetings?
Yes. With your consent, we welcome involvement from family members, carers, and other trusted supporters. We work collaboratively while keeping you at the centre of every decision.
Do you help with NDIS plan implementation for new participants?
Yes. We specialise in helping new NDIS participants understand their plan, set up initial supports, connect with providers, and build confidence navigating the NDIS system for the first time.
What if I am not happy with my current providers?
Your support coordinator can help you explore alternative providers, manage transitions respectfully, and ensure continuity of support while you find services that better meet your needs.
Do you build software for disability providers as well?
Yes. In addition to NDIS support coordination, our software development team builds accessible, secure platforms on Microsoft's technology stack, including NDIS coordination systems and participant portals.
